This handbook is the master. Consider splitting into the following standalone procedure files for day-to-day use:

- PROC-02 DBS Process & Records — applying, recording, renewing, Update Service
- PROC-03 Event Planning Checklist — adult / under-18 / mixed
- PROC-04 Parental & Media Consent — forms, collection, withdrawal
- PROC-05 Code of Conduct — volunteer and participant versions
- PROC-06 Reporting a Concern — flowchart, contact list, recording template
- PROC-07 Allegations Against a Volunteer
- PROC-08 Records Retention & Data Protection
- PROC-09 Training & Induction
- PROC-10 Online Activities — under-18 online sessions, platform settings, recording
- PROC-11 Residentials & Trips
- PROC-12 Lost Child Procedure
- PROC-13 Recurring Programmes — standing consent, termly reviews, leader changes
Each procedure file should have: purpose, scope, owner, step-by-step process, forms/templates referenced, escalation contacts, version & review date.
